3BI Monitoring is made of 3 different modules:

• The report repository
• The report manager
• The report viewer

This is the place where the user sees the reports that he has the right to access. This list includes both the public and private reports.
Administrator can from this page, update the public reports, or create new ones.

This is the place where the administrator creates the report's templates. The main functionalities of this module are:

• Selection of the source of data
• Description of the template
• Selection of the variables
• Selection of the measures
• Selection of the time period

From the set of variables that you defined in the 3BI Monitoring Report Manager, you are here able to define your filters and segments.

Using drag and drop functionalities you can define which of the variables are to be display in series or in the domain of your graph.

You can select a subset of your variables values to apply filtering or you can simply let the system display the top elements.

You can set a base size cut if you want to be sure that you have significant volume on which you can build your analysis.

The data is displayed:

• in a graph where you have the full freedom to define the type (bar chart, pie chart, etc.)
• in a table

Graphs and data can be exported to Excel.

3BI Monitoring can be either used in a remote way, where the data is hosted on our servers,
and you access the portal through the WEB. Or you can also implement 3BI Monitoring
in your own IT environment.

You send us the data that you would like to analyse.

The data can be of any format: SPPS, text, Excel, Access, Triple-S, etc.

At this stage, additional services can be provided to you such as data cleansing, calculated variable creation, etc.

Upon reception of your file, the data is loaded on our servers. Delay time varies depending on the complexity of your data, usual delay is about 2 working days for the first set of data. If the data structure has not changed, the successive loads are made within minutes.
